I loved Donna’s aquanatal classes. I couldn’t wait to get there each time as I always felt so great after I had exercised with her and the feeling of weightlessness in the water was brilliant.

I have a history of back problems and I went thought my entire pregnancy with out back pain or the need for my chiropractor or osteopath. This was a direct result of the aqua classes and the strength in my back was the best it has been in decades. Another bonus was the upper strength I developed which has helped me to lift my little darling now that she is here.

I cant wait to go back to classes with Donna and am counting down the weeks until I can join them again. The other expectant mums there are all very friendly too.

I loved the Aquanatal classes with Donna. They helped not only keep me fit during my pregnancy but also free of aches and pains. Donna is a wonderful teacher and her follow up, emailed advice and general care went above and beyond a normal excerise class.

Aquanatal was also a great opportunity to meet with other Mums to be - I got a bargain on a pram all because a conversation I had in the pool!

I have learnt a great deal from you. Even though I had two kids prior I had so much more to learn about what techniques I could use throughout my labour. You have taught me more than any other midwife had!

Thank you for the excellent time I’ve spent at Sydney Aquanatal. I highly recommend these courses to any pregnant woman. In addition to the very nice atmosphere, it provided me with very good exercise and toning. Especially being pregnant with twins, exercise in the water was the only exercise I could do towards the end. I’m so glad I came across your website and decided to go along to your classes. Prior to my pregnancy I was quite active and wanted to stay that way throughout the pregnancy (for as long as possible). As you would know it gets harder to be active as the months go along, but your aqua natal classes made exercising seem so easy with a big belly !! I was also impressed that you are a mid wife, so I knew you were giving us safe exercises to do, and also good advice throughout the classes. Thanks to Aquanatal I was able to keep up my fitness - with the knowledge that I was always in good hands with Donna. Donna, I just wanted to say a big thank you for your classes. Being pregnant has always taken its toll on me physically, and I usually become very immobile. When I found out I was pregnant with twins, I knew I had to find something to help. And your classes certainly did.

I recommend these classes to anyone that is pregnant, but even more so to those pregnant with twins!
